Harmony Co-op Cooking Class: Lefse Making 101!

Harmony Co-op is gearing up to make a Minnesota tradition, Lefse! This traditional soft Norwegian flatbread is made with potatoes, butter, cream and flour, and the result is smaker godt—the Norwegian term for tasty! Class instructor Debbie Rentz was taught at a young age how to make lefse by her mother, so come and join us as she shares tips, tricks, and tons of good information you can share with your friends and family- just in time for the holidays!

Fees/Admission
Admission is $16.50 and all materials will be provided. Pre-registration is required, and can be done online via our website, or in-store by stopping at customer service!
